Global GDPR & CCPA Compliance Protocol

Clariverdict ("We", "Us") prioritizes the absolute protection of reader privacy. We build software frameworks that do not collect, serialize, harvest, or commercialize individual browser behavior.

1. Regulatory Framework (GDPR & CCPA Transparency)

Under European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provisions, we maintain complete system transparency. Clariverdict does not require register registrations or user accounts; we collect zero personally identifiable information (PII).

2. Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting Environment

Our static platform builds, assets, and route parameters are managed and served securely via Vercel Inc. cloud nodes. Vercel performs temporary network load logs containing system parameters, raw user-agent details, and request headers strictly to optimize cache levels, deliver content efficiently, and prevent denial-of-service threats.

3. Traffic Analytics Instrumentation

To observe search trends and trace visitor count patterns, our client-side scripts integrate Google Analytics (Universal GA4). GA4 registers non-identifying aggregated telemetries (such as screen dimensions, general regional location, referral paths, and query keywords). Google Analytics operates securely without tracking personal user properties; all processed IP coordinates are automatically anonymized.

4. Outbound Links & Cookie Policy

Most external references leading to third-party tools are routed directly to official software vendors. We use standard browser local storage state strictly to preserve your comparison queues, search filters, and page layout preferences locally. No cookie behaviors are transmitted back to our nodes.

5. Data Deletion Requests

Because we host no database tables, user logins, or personal profiles, there are no profiles to delete. However, if you would like to request deletion of any telemetry data logged during technical submissions, please submit a request through our contact page. We will clear related records within 5 business days.
